We’re a dynamic team that connects people and cultures – through yoga retreats in Austria and Costa Rica that inspire, broaden perspectives, and create real impact. We’re currently expanding and looking for dedicated interns who are eager to contribute their ideas and help us make the world a better place.
What to expect:
- Independent tasks with real impact
- A motivated, creative team full of heart, vision, and passion for what we do
- Flexible remote work – or the opportunity to join our retreats in Austria from late June to the end of September
- After the retreats in Austria, you’re welcome to continue your internship with us in Costa Rica – either immediately afterwards or at a later time
- Behind-the-scenes insights into our yoga retreats: take part in activities like SUP, climbing courses, hiking, yoga, and campfires
- Creative tasks in marketing: create content, produce photos and videos, promote the retreats, and inspire our community
- The chance to get creative and develop your own ideas for blog posts, newsletters, or social media content
- Communications management: support our customer contact, answer emails, and help build a personal connection with our community
- Support with event management and on-site retreat operations
- The opportunity to contribute to the development of a yoga teacher training – and even experience it yourself afterwards, if you’d like
- Lots of room for personal growth, new perspectives, and discovering your potential
What you should bring:
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and self-initiative
- Openness, team spirit, and good communication skills
- Some experience in marketing, social media, video editing, event planning, or project work is helpful – but not required
- Enthusiasm for outdoor sports and/ or yoga, travel, and intercultural exchange
Duration & Start Date: At least 3 to 6 months – ideally starting immediately.
