Denise & Chris are the founders of globeseekers and have dedicated their life’s to help people to have a higher level of health, consciousness & vitality. They are encouraging participants to enquirer into the possibilities of how they can have a more fulfilling life and supporting them in this with a variety of techniques, tools and inspiration.
They have been working in a corporate environment before educating themselves in a variety of practices and through their own practice have changed the way they see things. It’s about accepting who you are and starting this ongoing journey to feel more free and healthy.
Both have been teaching Yoga in classes, workshops and retreats since 2014 and mix up the different styles like Yin Yoga connected to Chinese Medicine, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga during the globeseekers journeys.
The different Yoga classes are complimented by a variety of other courses for the body & mind with Qi Gong, Embodiment Practice/Inner Directed Movement, Health Coaching, Thai Yoga Massage, Mindfulness Training, Yoga Nidra, guided Meditations & Acro Yoga.
