We are looking back at our globeseekers Mountain Retreat September 2017 with a smile because it was again a very special & lovely group we look forward to staying in touch with. Besides the different Yoga courses and beautiful hikes we enjoyed RAFTING this time with the most beautiful weather and good vibes in our Yogi boat. 🙂

Here we start with some impressions Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga in nature or indoors.
We enjoyed the hikes a lot with the landscape constantly changing while walking through forests, fields and the view from the top. The rafting with our friend Scharti from Action Club Zillertal was so much fun, thanks again Scharti & Mario for making us laugh & scream with joy and of course we were so lucky with the weather, with a warming sun, a blue sky, beautiful water, a bit of snow on the mountain peaks and the first trees around turning colorful. In Acro Yoga we are playing, communicating in another way & learning to trust and let go, surprising yourself and sharing laughs, when getting into the different roles.
On Jacks Organic Permaculture farm we got a nice tour again, tried loads of herbs and took fresh veggies and salad with us for yummy, healthy meals.
After an active day in nature everyone enjoyed the wellness area with different saunas, steam room and the relaxation area with panoramic view. During the Thai Yoga Massage intro we learned to give a massage and then received one in return.

Now we are preparing our Surf, Outdoor & Yoga Retreat coming up 02. – 09.12. in NICARAGUA and the Snow Retreats in spring. We look forward to hearing from you.
